Garden salad

                                                                     Garden salad

For 2 servings:
Salad leaves[2 cups].
Chopped cucumber 150grams.
Cherry tomatoes 150 grams.
1/4 cup of olive [preserved olive for salad]
For dressing:
1 tb sp of grated parmesan cheese.
1 tsp of lemon zest.
Salt and pepper to taste.
2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar.
1tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.


1. In a big mixing bowl pour all the ingredients [for dressing] and whisk them for about 30 seconds.
2. Mix all the vegetables and olive. Mix well and serve.
