Ingredients:
for one glass of smoothie :
1/2 cup of mixed berry.
1/2 cup of water.
2tbsp of flaxseed powder[ optional]
1 tbsp of lime/lemon juice.
1tsp of sugar.
2tbsp of yogurt .
Method:
1. Pour all the ingredients in a blender .
2. And mix well until it become smooth, serve immediately.
